Municipal Sewage Treatment — Underground Integrated MBR Unit

Capacity: 800 m³/day · Process: MBR · Location: Hunan Province, China

Installed for a township-level municipality requiring discharge to GB 18918 Class 1A standard. Underground configuration selected to minimize surface footprint in a residential zone. System has operated continuously for 26 months with one scheduled membrane cleaning cycle. Effluent NH₃-N consistently below 1.5 mg/L against permit limit of 5 mg/L.

Food Processing Wastewater — DAF + MBBR Two-Stage System

Capacity: 50 m³/day · Process: DAF primary + MBBR secondary · Location: Guangdong Province, China

Commissioned for a poultry processing facility with inlet FOG averaging 380 mg/L and BOD 2,200 mg/L. DAF stage reduces FOG to below 50 mg/L before biological treatment. Final effluent BOD <25 mg/L meeting local Class B discharge requirement. Sludge handling integrated into single enclosed unit. Operator intervention requirement: approximately 45 minutes per day.

Textile Dyeing Wastewater — Fenton + Biological Combined Process

Capacity: 500 m³/day · Process: Fenton oxidation + AO biological · Location: Zhejiang Province, China

Influent COD ranged 2,800–4,200 mg/L with high color loading from reactive dyes (inlet color 1,400–1,800 PCU). Fenton stage achieves >85% color removal and COD reduction to approximately 600 mg/L before biological polishing. Treated effluent meets GB 4287 Class A. Third-party effluent monitoring reports available on request.

Hospital Wastewater Treatment — MBR with UV Disinfection

Capacity: 300 m³/day · Process: MBR + UV · Location: Sichuan Province, China

Designed for a 300-bed general hospital. Pathogen removal requirement per GB 18466 Medical Institution Wastewater Standard. MBR membrane effluent turbidity consistently <0.2 NTU prior to UV stage. No detectable fecal coliforms in 18 months of post-commissioning monitoring. System operates fully automated; nursing staff are not involved in operation.
